What You'll Do
- Set up and operate CNC machines, press brakes, turret presses, and other manufacturing equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and production specifications
- Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and process adjustments
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools
- Monitor product quality and maintain production standards
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine maintenance
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Support fabrication and production operations as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a CNC Machinist, CNC Operator, Press Brake Operator, Turret Operator, Fabrication Technician, or Machine Operator
- Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing drawings
- Experience using precision measuring instruments
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Commitment to quality, safety, and attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
