6. Participant Agreement

Set-up details and arrival times will be shared by the Chamber upon acceptance.
Participants must remain set up for the full event, 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM, and leave their space clean.
Food vendors are responsible for all required health permits and licenses.
Participants are responsible for their own merchandise, equipment, and any applicable sales tax.
Participants agree to hold harmless the Johnstown Chamber of Commerce, its board, volunteers, and partners from any loss, damage, or injury related to their participation.
The event is held rain, snow, or shine. The Chamber reserves the right to accept or decline any application.
